“Let us hold tightly without wavering to the hope we affirm, for God can be trusted to keep his promise.” Hebrews 10:23
The other day, a package came in the mail & I was so excited to open it! It was this big, beautiful white wood mirror with a jewelry organizer inside. I’ve wanted it for a long time & I have been tracking it online, in anticipation for it to arrive! I tore open the box and was confused when I saw what was inside. It was a bunch of parts & pieces. Putting it together was frustrating, & I had to ask for help a few times, but in the end, it was beautiful & totally worth the work & the wait.
Every piece & part of your life makes up something beautiful. It will take time, hard work, & help from others. Embrace the season that you are in & take every part of life as it comes & make it into something beautiful. If you are in a season of singleness, it’s totally okay! Use this time to work on yourself & focus on your relationship with Jesus.
“Embrace the season that you are in & take every part of life as it comes & make it into something beautiful.”
Instead of looking for the man of your dreams, we must first become the woman of his dreams. In your season of waiting, God is working. He has you there for a reason & your relationship in His timing will be beautiful & worth the wait. Continue to pray for your future husband & make sure that you are making decisions that will write the story you want to tell him one day! Rather than thinking of rejection, think of protection. God is holding you in His mighty, perfect hands & He knows exactly what He is doing!
“In your season of waiting, God is working.”
Be patient, & keep the faith. We must seek love & affection from Jesus. If we try finding it in a relationship, we are just setting ourselves up for disappointment. He is the only One that satisfies & He will not disappoint. In your season of waiting, God desires your undivided attention. Run after Him as hard as you can, then look around & find someone doing the same thing, then do it together. In your season of waiting, do not he deceived by what you see, but instead, be encouraged by what was promised!
